FAB Mums of 2012 (Fitness After Birth)

I've totally loved writing about the latest series of FAB mums.

Here's a round-up of what these wonderful mums have shared about actively embracing motherhood. Spark a thought? Email me your story for the next series!

Shaline
SHALINE - Tranquil Recovery

Shaline told me about following the Chinese tradition of having a "confinement period". She explained easing into motherhood - bathing right, eating right, resting right.

Emma

EMMA - Starting Fit and Staying Fit

Baby 2 has arrived! Emma is a fit mum who runs her own business, and makes it all look easy. Oh and she's on the RSM trailer saying she's getting back in her non-maternity bikini in 6 weeks time...

Liz
LIZ - Yoga All The Way

Liz described me her dream pregnancy, dream birth and dream baby. Wow! She explained her love of yoga and how to get round the big barrier to exercise - TIME.

Kelli

KELLI - Sleep Is For Wimps

Juggling a high-flying career in law, a baby and her new pregnancy - Kelli's just obviously FAB. I've heard it through the wall, and it's true what she says: "I don't exactly have an easy baby".

Lucy

LUCY - Bonjour Active Mummies

Lucy has been embracing the French-system of pelvic floor rehabilitation, and seriously, their system is so much better than ours! Lucy's making reassuring progress on her journey back to fitness. Now what about the social side of exercise for expats?

Catherine

CATHERINE - Keeping Up An Active Lifestyle

For Catherine she's big on being there for others, and sharing her goals to help keep the motivation going. She runs weekly exercise sessions as a volunteer for other mums (and they love her!). And hurray, now she's back into "that dress"!
