BBC Radio Northampton's Weekend Women broadcast invited me as a guest this Sunday to talk about exercise in pregnancy and for new mums. I loved it!
I was really nervous but needn't have been - it was all so laid back. Jules Osmany and Helen Blaby were fabulous. I love radio and hope to do lots more.
I shared some advice with BBC Radio Northampton listeners, did some myth-busting, had some fun (including pelvic floor exercises on air!) - and 11 minutes were over before I knew it!
