Friday 30th March 1.30pm (34 Aldren Rd, SW17 0JT)

A talk by Women's Health Physiotherapist Rebecca Bennett, including instruction on some core stability exercises to get you started.

SAVVY FOR YOUR SUPERMARKET SHOP?

Monday 16th April 10.30am (meet at Southside Shopping Centre, Wandsworth, SW18 4TE)

Learn the facts and fiction about what goes into your trolley and onto your family's dinner table.

A SUPERMARKET TOUR with registered dietitian Laura Clark

Laura will explain how to make good decisions and cut through the tricks thrown at you by food labels and advertising. NB Only 4 spaces are available and Laura will tailor the tour to your personal priorities.

Monday 23rd April 7.30pm (34 Aldren Rd, SW17 0JT)

Baz Moffatt, personal trainer and recently retired World Championship medallist GB rower, will introduce the exercise cycle and discuss our cognitive choice to exercise.

Do you value being active as an important part of your life in pregnancy or motherhood? Do you sometimes see exercising as 'all or nothing'? Join this free event for some education, inspiration and practical tips on motivation.

Tuesday 15th May 7.30pm (9 Aldren Rd, SW17 0JT)

Going back to work after maternity leave already comes with enough to sort out... But what is a working mum to wear these days?

What still fits? What are the new fashion faux-pas? And what does your outfit say about this new family-woman who's back in the work-place?

A short presentation by fashionista Sarah Greig will be followed by an interactive discussion over drinks about dressing for the return to work for mums.
