We've just finished filming the best pregnancy workout video of all time!

Many thanks to our brilliant instructors (Elizabeth Kamm, Rebs Wilson and Rebecca Bennett), our fantastic filming team (led by Nick Jesper), and our stars (mums-to-be: Imogen, Emma and Catherine).

Next I hope you Ready Steady Mums fans might help us come up with a name for our video. We are awarding a free one year membership* to the on-line personal trainer service for new mums to the winner (www.readysteadymums.com).

The DVD includes 3 separate classes (pilates, yoga, and strength and tone) and advice from experts on things like looking after yourself in pregnancy and keeping motivated to exercise.
